Preparation and Pre-Shipment Reconditioning
Every unit underwent our standardized export preparation protocol before leaving the marshalling yard:
1. Complete Drivetrain Overhaul: Replacement of engine engine oil, transmission gear lubricants, differential fluids, and primary/secondary fuel filters.
2. Hydraulic & Brake Line Testing: High-pressure load testing of tipper telescopic cylinders and pneumatic air brake holding capacity.
3. Exterior & Interior Detailing: Industrial high-pressure undercarriage washing, protective body coating, and complete cabin ozone sanitization.
Port Loading & Secure Transport
To ensure vehicles arrived in pristine operational condition, our logistics team oversaw the entire loading process:
• For Heavy Tippers: Loaded via specialized Ro-Ro terminals and secured on vessel decks with heavy-duty steel lashings and anti-corrosion marine wheel chocks.
• For Overland Routes: Coordinated with licensed cross-border flatbed transport carriers, ensuring comprehensive cargo insurance and rapid border transit.
Client Handover and Fleet Feedback
Upon arrival at the destination port, all vehicles completed local customs clearance with our complete export documentation package (Certificate of Origin, Deregistration Certificate, and Bill of Lading).
The client confirmed immediate deployment of the tippers to active infrastructure projects, commending the mechanical readiness and clean condition of the entire fleet.
