Comprehensive Inspection & Functional Testing
1. Complete Fire System Diagnostic: Full operational testing of PTO engagement, fire pump water suction vacuum, discharge pressure stability, monitor rotation, pipe valve sealing, and emergency electrical systems.
2. Chassis & Structural Verification: Rigorous inspection of engine, transmission, braking lines, suspension, and steering geometry. Certified 100% free of frame collision damage, zero flood history, and authentic mileage/working hours.
3. Turnkey Reconditioning: Industrial high-gloss fire-red polyurethane paint buffing or complete respray, cabin interior sanitization, pump seal servicing, and complete fluid/filter replacement prior to export.
